For the past 12 years, Alex Schwarzes heads down from Wentworth Falls to sell his bread and pastries to members and visitors of Hubertus Country Club on the first Sunday of each month. Noodlies, Sydney food blog samples some of Alex’s creations.
Alex and his wife opened their Wentworth Falls bakery almost three decades ago. Everyday, they bake bread and pastries piping fresh. But at the request of the folks at Hubertus Country Club, Alex has been driving down a selection of goodies to the club on the first Sunday of each month to sell.
Today, we’re eating at Jagerstubn restaurant in the club and sampling some of Alex’s pastries.
