Another mixed result for food magazines
The latest readership results are mixed for food magazines in Australia, with many experiencing double digit dips and one recording a double digit rise. Woolworth’s free Fresh mag, which replaced Good Taste is by far the most read in Australia with over 1,8m readers in the December 2013 Quarter, a distant second is Super Food Ideas with 643k readers.

Donna Hay, a consistent star performer over many previous quarters, dropped (-7.1%), though the biggest fall was Super Food Ideas (-22.5%), with the other double digit drop experienced by Australian Gourmet Traveller (-10.5%).
Three mags had reason to smile, Feast was the only one with double digit growth (+12.3%), Delicious up (+7.7%) and Selector up (5.4%).
