Daniel Arulraj’s Mango Lassi Recipe


Greek Yoghurt – 500 gms
Ripe Mango – 250 gms
Ginger juice – 1 tsp
Mint powder – a pinch
Cardamom Powder – a pinch
Ice Chilled Water – 40 ml.
Sugar syrup – 20 ml
Mango Pulp – optional


  • In a blender jar, add all the ingredients and blend smoothly
  • Serve chilled.

# Adjust sugar syrup as per your individual preference.
# Mango pulp depends on the Mango sweetness to enhance flavour
