Noodlies got up close and personal with a Kiwi Vanilla Coupe cocktail launched this week for the Christmas festive season – a fresh and punchy cocktail that’s perfect for summer. It’s a creation by Brendan Quek, glass wine bar manager who’s kindly agreed to share his recipe with noodlies readers. Enjoy!
Kiwi Vanilla Coupe Recipe
Skinned kiwi fruit
Half a lime
15ml sugar syrup
30ml Belvedere vodka
30ml Midori
20ml cloudy apple juice
- Muddle the kiwi fruit, lime and sugar syrup
- Mix together the vodka, midori and cloudy apple juice
- Single strain all ingredients into a coupe glass
- Garnish with maraschino cherries for a festive feel
