Cliff moved up north from Dundas in NSW and never looked back. In fact, he thinks we’re positively crazy for living in Sydney.
He serves me a cup of home made Bowen mango ice cream. “We go through 1,200kgs of Bowen mango each year, it’s our most popular flavour”.
Cliff offers a dozen or so flavours from traditional strawberry, chocolate to exotic tropicals like mango and coconut ruff.
My mango ice cream was light but still had a great mango flavour, perfect on a humid afternoon and not too guilty making!
