$10 all you can eat Korean lunch buffet in the middle of Sydney, it sounds almost too good to be true. Well, it is and it isn’t.
The price is definitely right, upon entry you pay the $10 and get a medium-sized melamine white plate with matching small bowl for soup. And the range is not bad, as you can see in the video a large range of kim chi, a few versions of sushi, including fried sushi, beef and chicken dishes, a few versions of korean fried chicken and you can even make your own bi bim bap. At night the price goes up to $20, but I understand you get a good selection of bbq meat.
Just bear in mind, this is quantity over quality. Everything tastes, ok, noting soars, but what would you expect for $10? Go to Shinara with this in mind and you won’t be disappointed.
Shinara is upstairs from Hello Happy cafe on Pitt Street, very near World Square.

100% agree with you. It’s not bad, but you get what you pay for. I think at dinner time they are a ‘proper restaurant’ though.
