A new cafe in Artarmon… that’s something worth celebrating.  In advance of the official opening next week, SBS staff were treated to a pre-opening party surprise and delight.

Jason, his crew and chef, Ashraf Saleh treated guests to some great samplers including tomato tart, tandoori chicken, crispy pork bely with cinnamon glaze, salmon & kingfish sashimi:

And they all tasted as good as they look.

Ashraf established a solid reputation as one of the North Shore’s finest chefs when appointed Head Chef at the Point Blue Restaurant, McMahon’s Point.  Ashraf also assumed the Head Chef position at Criterion, CMC and Cadmus.
