Noodlies is all about showcasing diverse food, especially from Sydney’s south west, so when the lovely people from Access PR told me about the 10 course, Middle Eastern Showcase Gala Dinner at the Ivy Room, I had to tell you about it.
It’s an exciting part of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival.
Top names in the world of Middle Eastern cuisine, including Melbourne stars Greg Malouf (MoMo) and Ismail Tosun (Gigi Baba) together with the fabulous Yotam Ottolenghi from London’s Ottolenghi food stores; Musa Dagdeviren, who owns three celebrated restaurants in Istanbul; and Kamal Mouzawak, who founded the first farmers’ market in Beirut – will each create a dish on the night. What a wonderfully fantastic idea!
The diinner will showcase the best of delicious and exotic Middle Eastern dishes during a 10-course banquet paired with matching wines. I reckon the Ivy Room provides the perfect venue for this stunning event.
