Roti is a particularly delicious Indian dessert that seems to have swept south east Asia (and my heart) by storm. Last year we had it in Luang Prabang, Laos, I’ve been lusting after some in Bangkok and this week, we had banana roti in Siem Reap.
Roti is street food that’s made when you order, pastry is flattened, banana and condensed milk are added, pastry is folded and served, utterly delicious.
